Business Development Manager<\/strong><\/p>

Renier Natural Stone has been a Belgian family business since 1913, today run by the fourth generation. With our own quarries in Belgian bluestone and Vinalmont Maas limestone, we are vertically integrated and control the entire process - from quarrying to finished project.<\/p>

To further strengthen our presence in East and West Flanders, we are looking for a Business Development Manager<\/strong> With a pronounced commercial drive and affinity for the construction industry.<\/p>

Your role<\/strong><\/p>

You are responsible for the structural market development<\/strong> in East and West Flanders.<\/p>

You will actively build new relationships, detect opportunities at an early stage and position Renier as a sustainable partner for contractors, developers and architects.<\/p>

You will have the space to develop your region commercially and grow with the company.<\/p>

\u00a0Specifically, what will you do?<\/strong><\/p>

  • Actively develop new customer relationships in your region<\/li>
  • Build networks with contractors, developers and architects<\/li>
  • Detect and commercially guide projects from first contact to quotation<\/li>
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships<\/li>
  • Feedback market information and opportunities to management<\/li>
  • Intensive collaboration with estimating, production and internal teams<\/li><\/ul>

    You are a proactive market developer who builds trust and establishes lasting partnerships.<\/p>

    Who are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>

    • At least a first relevant commercial experience (B2B)<\/li>
    • Affinity or experience in the construction industry is a big plus<\/li>
    • Results-oriented and entrepreneurial<\/li>
    • Strong in relationship building and networking<\/li>
    • Independent and well organized<\/li>
    • Living in the Bruges region or wide surroundings<\/li>
    • Fluent in Dutch, knowledge of French is an asset<\/li><\/ul>

      You combine commercial energy with maturity and a sense of responsibility.<\/p>
