Volume Discount offers volume discounts for larger quantities. For very large projects or annual contracts, we will prepare a specific quote via Frank Oosterlinck or your designated contact person.
In the event of significant market fluctuations, we will provide 30 days' advance notice of price changes.

All products are made of Belgian blue stone (Petit Granit) from our Vinalmont quarry. Finishes available upon request: sanded, polished, aged, blue honed, bush-hammered.
Standard Sizes are usually available for immediate shipment from our warehouse in Aarschot. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks between order confirmation and delivery, depending on shipping schedules.
Custom Solutions Please allow 3 to 4 weeks between order confirmation and delivery. For very large volumes or complex items, this timeframe may be longer; we will explicitly state this in the quote.
Transportation We provide delivery services throughout Belgium using our own trucks or through a partner freight forwarder. We deliver all the way to the shipyard with protective packaging materials. If a delivery address is difficult for a large truck to access, we’ll discuss this with you in advance so we can schedule the appropriate carrier. Pickup in Aarschot remains an option for those who prefer it.
Site Coordination: For every contractor order, you’ll be assigned a dedicated contact person at Renier who will coordinate the delivery schedule with your site supervisor.

What do you do if a door sill arrives at the yard damaged? Please report it to your regular contact person as soon as possible after receiving it, along with photos, and we'll find a solution right away.
