A mitre is standard always 45° respectively with an inside or outside angle. Other angles are possible, please indicate this clearly in the comments field (at checkout).
Option cushions
For connectivity with other building parts, it may be convenient to place a cushion on a sill. Either the cushion of 1cm thick runs the full width or the cushion stops 5 cm from the front (see drawing) It is not possible to combine a cushion with a mitre.

Our Belgian bluestone is one of the most durable materials on earth. Formed over millions of years, this ancient stone is extracted locally and ecologically in an environmentally friendly way.

This flat window sill with raised edge can easily be completely customized :

  • Bluestone from our own quarry (La Préalle in Sprimont)
  • Finish :
    • Top, front and both heads (5 cm) sanded blue or gray
    • Front and both heads (5 cm) can be optionally edged for a stylish look
  • Straight cut, with a drop groove of 0.6 x 0.6cm, 2cm from front, stops 2cm from machined heads.
  • Edging is glued and is 2cm thick and 1cm higher than the surface. As an option, it can also be made solid at an additional cost.
  • Thicknesses from 4cm to 11cm. Caution the thickness (or height) of the sill is the height of the rear. The upper surface of the sill is 1cm lower than the height of the rear. For example, a sill 4cm high is 3cm thick with an upside of 1cm. In this case, specify a thickness of 4.
  • The width includes the width of the upstand. For example, a sill that is 18 cm wide is 18 cm wide in total, so it includes the 2 cm width of the upstand.
  • Options :
