At Renier natural stone, we strive to provide the highest quality products that meet your specific needs and expectations. Since our natural stone products are completely custom made, specific conditions apply to returns and cancellations.

1. No right of return for customized products

Because our products are fully customized based on your specific requirements, the right of withdrawal (as stated in Belgian legislation) does not apply. This means that:

• Orders for custom-made natural stone products cannot be returned or canceled after production has begun.
• Customers agree to these terms and conditions when placing the order.

2. Control on delivery

We ask our customers to check the products thoroughly upon delivery.

• Any damages, defects or discrepancies from the order must be within 48 hours be reported in writing after receipt 
• If an error or defect is found to be due to our production or delivery, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as repair, replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

3. Cancellation before production begins

If you wish to cancel your order before production has started, this is possible under the following conditions:

• You must notify the cancellation in writing 
• Fees may be charged for preparations or materials already made.
