For common orders, we maintain an average production time of two weeks. However, for more complex orders or larger volumes, we cannot guarantee this deadline. This applies, for example, to products that require a lot of manual processing, such as manual fringing, sanding with many corners and edges, or the manufacture of complex cushions and buttresses.

We will confirm the exact delivery time for each order so that you can schedule pickup or delivery in a timely manner. Although we make every effort to keep our commitments, unexpected situations such as technical breakdowns or staff illness may cause delays. In that case, we will of course notify you as soon as possible.
